Rental Rates

• 1 time use (event): $15 an hour - 3 hour minimum
• Regular weekly/monthly use (classes, regular tenants): $12 an hour
• Full day rental rate (event/workshop): $100 for the day (9:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m.) + $50 fully refundable deposit if the studio is left clean and without any damage

*Out of respect for the residential tenants in the surrounding apartments, ALL renters must be out of the studio by 9:00 p.m. unless requested permission has been given*

Our beautiful and historic studio was built around 1947 and was
the original Catholic Chapel built in Cache Valley. Since then, it has served a variety of purposes, and most recently has been converted into a dance space. See below for a list of the features that can be found in our studio.

-700 Square feet (approximately 600 square feet of open space for studio use)
-Limited Parking directly North of the studio, or road parking is available. Parking in front of the Alta Manor Suites is for Alta Manor Residential Tenants only. Those that park there and are not tenants are liable to be ticketed or booted.
